Quick Reference Guide Receiving messages

Make sure that you have selected the correct driver. Then enter the message

text. Try to keep your message short.

A counter below the message box tells you the remaining number of charac-

ters that can be entered.

Click on [Send] once you have checked the name and created the message.

Confirm the dialogue box telling you that the message has been sent success-

fully with [OK]. The driver will receive your message within a couple of

seconds.

The page with the list of incoming or outgoing messages is again displayed

in the foreground.

Receiving messages

If everything goes smoothly, your driver has already replied and the new job's

cargo can be loaded during his current trip.

Incoming messages are shown under Messages > Incoming Messages.

Click on the driver's name to update the display for this driver. In the list, dou-

ble click on the message you want to read. The message content is displayed

in a separate dialogue box.

Please remember to delete messages you no longer need (both incoming and

outgoing). This keeps the lists up-to-date and helps you to keep track of cur-

rent messages.◄
